Refund and Cancellation Policy

The order is subject to rejection or cancellation by Dr. Sachin Tomar. Orders may be canceled for a number of reasons, such as limitations on the number of products that may be bought, inconsistencies or inaccuracies in price or product details, or issues discovered by our Department of Credit and Fraud Control.

Before approving any order, we have the right to ask for more information about you.

We will contact you if your order is rejected in whole or in part or if more information is needed to authorize it. The money will be reimbursed to your card account if you decide not to place an order after the charge to your card has been accepted.

Cancellation on Your End

In the case of requests for purchase changes, Dr. Sachin Tomar has the right to accept or reject requests without assigning any justification. After you place your order, Dr. Sachin Tomar gives you a window of 24 hours during which you can cancel it.

If we receive a cancellation notification but Dr. Sachin Tomar has not yet finalized the purchase, we will cancel the transaction and refund the entire amount within 7 business working days from the date of order delivery.

• Step 1: Contact the Dr. Sachin Tomar Customer Support team through email at tomardrsachin@gmail.com within 7 business days.
• Step 2: Provide Dr. Sachin Tomar with your medicine order ID details and the request to return or replace the defective or wrong medicine. You are also asked to share an image of the product.
• Step 3: Dr. Sachin Tomar’s delivery partner will pick up your package within 2 to 4 business days. We will initiate the replacement or return process once we check the original packaging with the seals and labels.

We are unable to alter an order after it has been validated.

Dr. Sachin Tomar is solely responsible for determining if a purchase has been made. You consent to not even raising objections to Dr. Sachin Tomar’s choice of whether to accept or cancel.

Use Discount Codes

Limited-time discounts and promotional codes that are a part of any campaign may be given or revoked by Dr. Sachin Tomar. You must agree to participate in order to take advantage of the campaign’s benefits. Dr. Sachin Tomar will decide the terms of these promotions at the time of the promotion.
